The Evergreen Tunic is a great little empire waist top or dress that can be worn as a layering piece or even on it's own! The top skirt is worked top down so length can easily be adjusted to your preference. Written in US Terms and available in sizes 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 24 months, 3T, 4T, 5, and 6. Pattern includes measurements for each size to ensure fit!
