Shown in the first, second and third sizes. **Pattern notes** This garter stitch jacket is worked top down, all in one piece. Following a simple sequence of two row / one ridge stripes, the fronts, sleeves, and back are shaped together with paired increases and, after the sleeves are set aside, some sizes continue shaping the garment’s front and back. The body is then worked and stitches remain live on the needles while the collar and bands are picked up and worked all around the neck and front openings. When the collar and bands are complete, a neat i-cord bind off is worked all around the neckline, fronts and waistline. The sleeves are then picked up and worked top-down. Consult the sizing table and schematic for detailed measurements and proportions and, if you are adding length to the body or sleeves, please bear in mind that you may need another ball of yarn in addition to the minimum quantity specified.
