Houndstooth Cowl

The Houndstooth Cowl crochet pattern features the beautiful colour work of the houndstooth stitch pattern. This stitch pattern is so much easier than it looks! You may have seen this stitch pattern earlier in my Houndstooth Beanie pattern. This crochet cowl was design to complement it! I love the classic look of the houndstooth stitch pattern. And it is created simply by alternating single crochet and double crochet stitches and then alternating rows between two different colours. When you work the pattern in two highly contrasting colours, the stitch pattern really stands out.
