Scarflette is the epitome of beauty hidden within us, seemingly complex like each cable crossing yet fragile like lace leaves.* The pattern has been created 100% by me for you - from the first drop of dye in the pot to the last stitch. Happy knitting!** **Size** One: approx. 220 cm/86.5” long and 30 cm/12” deep at center. **Yarn** 1 skein of Thibetanus by Cecily Grove Yarns (65% merino, 20% silk, 15% yak; 480m/525y per 120g) or any other fingering weight yarn which gives you the correct gauge. *Shown in colorway Helianthus.* **Needles** 3.00 mm/US #2.5 circular needle (60 cm/24" long), or size needed for gauge. **Other** 2 cable needles, 2 stitch markers (optional), tapestry needle for weaving. **Gauge** One pattern repeat measures 8 cm/3.25” wide by 12.5 cm/5” long. 27.5 sts and 32 rows = 10 cm/4" in pattern, measured flat after wet blocking. **The gauge is crucial on this project, and differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage,** so I strongly recommend making a swatch and adjusting the needle size as necessary. Otherwise, make sure to have more yarn. Swatch should be reknit afterwards. **The pattern is fully charted and written out.** If you want to use charts, print them and cut out to use with chart 4A - they should match!
