Glaceon (Holiday Cape)

This pattern is for Glaceon, Eevee's ice type evolution, and includes a holiday cape based on the cape from Holiday form Glaceon in Pokemon Go. The finished Glaceon stands about 11 inches (~28cm) tall including the ears. Written using US crochet terms.
