Bull in a sweater and shorts

The PDF file contains full instructions for knitting and finishing off a bull/cow with a choice of 2 sweaters and a pair of shorts. The pattern is supplied as an instantly downloadable digital PDF file. Finished size: approx. 23cm (9 inches) from the tip of the toes to the top of the head. The file is 23 pages long and contains over 90 detailed step-by-step photographs along with full pattern instructions and tips for stuffing, seaming and finishing neatly. Included in the pattern are a range of options for the heads, including a couple of different designs using colour-work patches. There are also two different options for the body, either plain or with colour-work patches, and two different options for the horns, long or short. By combining different colours, horns and amount of hair you can easily tailor the pattern to your needs and make a variety of different cattle breeds, in the pattern I've shown Highland, Argyle, Holstein, Friesian, Swiss Brown, Jersey, Redpoll, and White Park cattle. All pieces of the cow are knitted flat with worsted weight yarn on 3mm needles and are seamed afterwards. Also included are instructions to make 2 sweaters, one with an Argyle colour-work design and the other knitted in a single colour with a textured design. Clothing is knitted from 4ply/fingering weight yarn on 2.75mm needles. The sweater is knitted flat in separate pieces up to the armholes and then knitted across all pieces from the armholes to the neck, and seamed afterwards. The shorts are worked flat and then seamed.
