Leyla's Mitts

This pattern came about because a sweet friend fell in love with some gorgeous bulky yarn and wanted me to make mitts out of it. I just couldn't find a bulky-weight mitt pattern that I loved, though, so I designed one. Check my store for "Leyla's Hat" if you want the matching set. This pattern uses a special stitch where you hdc through the far back loop. I've included a link to a very good video by Tamara from Moogly to show you how it works. It's very easy to do. You can use worsted weight yarn for this pattern instead of bulky, just size your hook to get gauge. Seriously, make sure you get gauge.
