Easy Project Bag

A new pattern for the beginning crocheter to learn a few basics and finish a stylish and useful little bag. You will need to practice single and double crochet, slip stitch and decreases-all very easy steps once you work them a few times I chose a super bulky yarn-both samples are a chenille yarn, very soft and cushy but you could also use something in a similar wt if you didn't want the fluff aspect. It takes about 96 yds, only about 2 yds left of the Brett yarn but plenty of the Universal brand, so if you get something with 100 yds or so you'll be fine. I will be using this pattern in my beginning crochet classes so that students will have something to show at the end of the class.
