R – Round, ch – chain, st – stitch, sts – stitches, sl st – slip stitch, dc – double crochet, fdc- frontdouble crochet, trp- triple crochet In round Size large R1: ch 3 loop; 11 dc; sl st to the 1st dc of the round to join [11] mark with pin, continue in round R2: 2 dc in each st around to pin/stitch marker R3: (1 dc in the first st, 2 dc in the next st) R4: (1 dc in the first 2 st, 2 dc in the next st) R5: (1 dc in the first 3 st, 2 dc in the next st) R6-R14: One dc in each continue in round R15: 20 dc, Now working in frontdouble crochet creating eyebrow Work 2 front double in each next 8 stitches, one double crochet in normal post marking middle of eyebrow finish 2 frontdouble in each next 8 stitches. Finish in normal dc till pin/marker. R16: dc in each when come to eyebrow chain 6 for first eye. counting 7 on back row of front double Toggle together 2 triple crochet in next stitch. in middle of eyes frontdouble crochet 3 triple in middle stitch, and finish by toggling together 2 triple crochet in next stich. chain 6 for next eye. Finish off row with double crochet. R17-18 : Double crochet round (R19- (20 spirals round) Doing a spiral crochet from youtube I chained 20 to 25 for different lengths of tentacles. Then random dc 1 in each then 4 to 6 dc in next two, making it spiral. I slipstitched it in and slipstitched over to do next working all the way round.
