Beard (Viking or Wizard)

Edit: As people have noted the beards are heavy, the only way to attached I had seen when I wrote up the pattern was buttons. Others have since attached the beard to a hair elastic so that it just holds to the face like a head band, or have used strings/yarn to tie the beard to the face. These options might work better for you. The end base result was way to big for my face. ( I ended up shirking it twice). 2. I disliked the mustache braid as it was not realistic as the braid went up and over the lip and ended up having the braids point in two different directions. 3. The middle braid was attached after the fact and just didn't seem epic enough. 4. Last I needed to make a wizard beard and this pattern had no alterations listed to accommodate that. I still want to give the original pattern and pattern creator credit and please if you think you have a larger face or head see their pattern for the bigger base.
