Prince Protea Square

Based on the [King Protea Mandala][1], this square is simple and striking. It works up surprisingly quickly and you can make it as plain or as ornate as you choose, depending on how many colours you choose to use and how you decide to use them. This pattern is available as both a written-only PDF and a photo tutorial. I love this square and was thrilled to get the chance to collaborate with Virginia Burrow on her debut design.
