The perfect hat to run around in the snow with a splash of color and a pom pom for a bit of fun. Knit in the round, bottom up featuring a small fair isle pattern. The pattern is worked with no more than 5 stitches between colors, so you don't need to float your yarn. If you tend to knit tightly, I recommend moving up a needle size to a size 8 needle when you begin the stranded pattern.
