Soap sack is worked in single crochet in the round, from the bottom up. Sc in underside loops and in back loops of foundation chain to make a "seam" across the bottom of the soap sack. As written, this soap sack is a snug fit for a bar of Ivory soap. Add more stitches and/or rounds for a more generous fit.
