pattern comes with directions for 0-6, 6-12, 12-18, and 18-24 months. if you need bigger sizes, the tiny tea leaves pattern starts at size 2. worked in sport-weight pashmina, each size takes just one skein. sweater has 3/4 length sleeves; which i've found to be perfect for keeping the sleeves clean with a messy eater. my daughter stella is 14 months/ 23 lbs in the pictures and wears 12 or 18 m sized clothing, depending on the brand. she is wearing the 18 m size and it has room to grow. uses only 1 skein of pashmina for any size!
