Classic Baby Cardigan

***Pattern updated Feb 2025 to include a ribbed collar. Updated sample was worked using in a sport weight (size 2) yarn and redesigned to give it a roomier fit through the body.*** This classic baby cardigan is the perfect layering piece; it goes with just about anything! Design features ribbing at yoke, cuffs and bottom edge. The cardigan body is done with a unique texture to really make the ribbed details stand out. Crocheted using sport or fingering weight yarn (up to 500 yards) and crochet hook size F (3.75 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge. You'll also need several small buttons and needle and thread.
