Give it a Whirl Hat

[Download for free from lovecrafts.com][1] The Give it a Whirl Hat pattern was inspired by the knitted [Cute Snail Hat][2] by Omura. Once again, since I am not experienced enough with knitting, I resorted to creating my own crochet version to achieve a similar hat. The Give it a Whirl hat is incredibly easy and works up quickly. This pattern was tested by my Ravelry Pal, DazzlingPussyCat. She provided the fabulous sample hat and photos, as well as great feedback on the original pattern.
