NOTE: Since you're knitting in the round with stripes you will want to use a jogless stripes technique of your choosing to avoid a jag when you change colors. There have been some wonderful color combinations by other Ravelers and I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the projects. As requested, I've revised the pattern to include toddler sizing.
