Pattern written up as I went along - I have not yet made up the larger sizes but as the shapes are simple I have calculated them for others to try. Please note the error, the stitch count for the back should read '44 (48, 52) st', not 58. Also, the decreases every 4 rows for the sleeves should be worked at both ends of the row, ie reducing the stitch count by 2 each time.
