A garter stitch moebius cowl, with a fun picot cast off. The Cat Bordhi moebius method is used for this design. Two pdf files are available. One for Soft Donegal Yarn, using 5mm (US 8) needles. One for Debbie Bliss "Glen", using 6.5mm (US 10.5) needles.
