Sprout Blanket

"Sprout" is a baby blanket with an embossed leaf motif, knit in a soft, machine-washable blend of organic cotton and superwash wool. It's a sweet, soft, and nurturing blanket, in the perfect small size to tuck into strollers or car seats. The pattern has a three-dimensional texture that looks equally stunning on the front and back. Although it's a challenging pattern, it's clearly laid out with both charts and written line-by-line instructions. *Errata in earlier versions*: Version 1, 2009: the left-most cell of Row 18 in "leaf repeats" should be gray instead of blue. Version 2, 2010: the top border should indicate 14 rows of garter stitch, and the "top of the sprouts" charts should show read "p13, dbl-dec, p13" for Row 31 of outer sprouts and Row 41 of center sprout. Also, this means that the top of the sprouts have 27 stitches instead of 29 stitches. *These are all fixed in the 2014 update now posted to Ravelry.*
