Cardinal Forest mosaic crochet blanket

This beautiful Cardinal Forest blanket is perfect for the Holidays, Christmas gifts, or to snuggle under on cool fall & winter evenings. It uses the overly mosaic crochet method and features a cheeky cardinal on some pine branches with 3D berries done in the bobble stitch! The blanket in the image is 47"x60" & was created using Mary Maxim Starlette yarn, which is medium #4 weight, and comes in 3.5oz/180yds skeins, along with a 5.5 mm hook. The following colors & amounts were used: Cottonwood (Cream) = 9 skeins Deep Green = 1 skein Brown Heather = 5 skeins Cardinal Red = 5 skeins Black = 1 skein You can use any yarn you like, along with the recommended hook size for that yarn.
