Granny Stripe Tank top

This fun and colourful tank top will get you ready for the warmer days ahead. Team it over a white tee or a billowy blouse and stand out from the crowd. Worked in a soft merino blend, it will keep your core nice and snug. The tank is available in UK and (US) crochet terms. It uses DK (light/3) yarn with a tension (gauge) of 4.5 3tr (3dc) groups to 10cm (4in), with a 4mm (7) hook. As this tension is looser than my usual DK patterns, be aware that if you are a tight crocheter, then you may find it easier to achieve the tension with a Worsted or Aran weight yarn instead. It is made from the bottom up in the round and sewn together at the shoulders. The body length can be easily modified by adding or removing rows.
