MERAKI SIDE TIE VEST Written Pattern with lots of pictures to create a beautiful Side Tie Vest which is adjustable, customizable and versatile. ꕺThis pattern calls for YOUR creativity, YOUR personality and YOUR way to be. Meraki is a greek word, that describes to: “do something with soul, creativity or love, to put something of yourself into what you create. She´s a made to measure design to choose whatever material and hook size fits your personality and liking. The structure is very clean and simple, with some little eye catchers like the horizontal shoulder part and the ties. Due to your chosen material you can make a summer version, work it cropped, full length , over your summer dress or show a tiny bit of skin. If you need some extra coziness on colder winter days, slip it over your favorite winter garment as an extra layer to keep you warm. The possibilities are endless. ꕺ use any yarn you want, due to the made to measure principle you´re free to choose, the same for the hooksize depending on your seasonal choice use: -linen, silk, cotton for a summer version -alpaca, wool, merino, mohair for a winter version ꕺ yardage will depend on your chosen material, I used 200gr for my white Meraki vest wearing size S-M Testers needed between 250 - 700 meters ꕺ it´s an intermediate skill level, but under my tester were some advanced beginners who created lovely pieces. ꕺ The pattern includes 19 sides of instruction, lots of pictures and a video to explain every step as accurate as possible.
