If you use a different yarn than Cotton Slub, be sure to check both the stitch count and row gauge before knitting. Start by casting on stitches at the neckline and increase as you knit. Separate the sleeves and put the sleeve stitches on hold, then continue knitting the body. Finish the body with 1x1 ribbing. The button band is knitted in the same direction as the body. After knitting the sleeves that were put on hold, finish the sleeves, and neck band using the I-cord method.
