For adults use a thicker cotton and larger hook and for children ( depending on head size, see measurements below ) just use a finer yarn and a smaller hook to make it fit any head size! ADULT : Will fit a standard size adult head approx 55 cm / inches if worked in DK (Category 3 / 8 ply ) cotton yarn with a 3.00 mm hook.
