Sunny Side Sling

This adorable bag was inspired by all the fun bum bags circulating right now. I wanted less of a bum bag and more of a purse so the bag’s items wouldn’t fall out and I wouldn’t have to add a zipper. I absolutely love how it turned out! **Supplies Needed** -Approx. 350-375 yds. of any size 4 ww yarn, in at least 4 colors -Size 5.5 mm hook, or size needed to obtain gauge -1 25 mm wooden bead or large button of choice -Piece of cardboard 4 in. wide, or tassel maker -Scissors, yarn needle, stitch marker, tape measure **Terms Used and Abbreviations** Pattern is written in US terminology. Begin(ning) - beg Chain - ch Cluster - Cl Double Crochet - dc Fasten off - FO Granny Cluster - GC Puff Stitch - PS Repeat - rep Right side - RS Single Crochet - sc Skip(ped) - sk Slip Stitch - sl st Space(s) - sp(s) Stitch(es) - st(s) Treble Crochet - Tr Yarn Over - YO **Special Stitches** Beginning Cluster, Cluster, Granny Cluster, Puff Stitch, Cluster Decrease: All special terms are explained in great depth in the pattern. **Gauge** Motif diameter should measure approx 4.5" after completing rounds 1-3. **Finished Measurements** Each motif should measure close to 7" after completing rounds 1-5. Finished bag should measure approx. 13.5" x 8". Strap should measure approx. 41.5" in length.
