Heart Poppy Flower

This pattern is for the crochet poppy flower. The flower petals are made in the shape of hearts. As an example, I’ve made my poppies in two sizes. Use a larger poppy for various embellishments and a smaller poppy - to make a brooch or a pin. The larger poppy is made using medium weight #4 yarn, the smaller poppy is made using light weight #3 yarn. Larger poppy is about 4” in diameter. Smaller poppy is about 2-3/8” in diameter. The pattern uses crochet US terms.
