Bohemian Scrapsody

It's a new year and a new opportunity to declutter and make room for new yarn. There's nothing worse than losing a game of yarn chicken, but on the flip side, what do you do with the tiny bits of leftovers from past projects? If you're me, you hoard them endlessly and peruse scrappy projects from time to time, thinking one day you'll gather up enough yarn of the same weight to finally knit one of them. Except you realize your perfectionist brain won't allow you to mix and match yarns because they're never actually perfectly the same gauge and therefore, you just keep storing bins and bins of scraps. The only way my mind can get around mismatched yarn weights and colours is to go so far in the opposite direction that the funky marl of colours and texture is purposefully Boho-chic.
