The Salter Beanie is a classic hat that features a triple brim for extra warmth. The beanie is worked from the bottom up and has a minimal + decorative decrease along either side while the front and back maintain the look of stockinette. So sizes XS (S) M (L) XL correspond to a head circumference of 20 (21) 22¼ (23) 24½" \[51 (53) 56.5 (58) 62 cm\] (the final size of beanie will be 2” \[5 cm\]) less than the overall circumference. This means that if you measure a 21" \[53 cm\] head circumference you will make size (S) with a finished circumference of 19" \[47 cm\].
