Hans Sweater

Hans Sweater is a simple and minimal children’s sweater with a raglan construction. It is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down in stockinette stitch, using either 2 strands of Merino or Cotton Merino or 1 strand of Merino + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout. You start with the ribbed neckband and continue with shaping the neck opening with German short rows. Raglan increases are worked down to the underarms where sleeve stitches are placed on hold to be worked after the body has been completed. Ribbed edges finish the body and sleeves.
