The Eldey Socks are worked in a textured pattern from the top down with an ordinary gusset heel. **LEVEL** Intermediate **SIZE** 35/36 (37/38) 39/40 (41/42) **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** Foot length: 19 (21) 23 (25) cm Sock leg circumference (not stretched): 16 cm (all sizes) Length of sock leg to beginning of heel flap: 14 cm (all sizes) **MATERIALS** Merino from Kit Couture or Arwetta from Filcolana (50 g = 210 m) 100 g (all sizes) **RECOMMENDED NEEDLES** Double-pointed needles: 2.5 mm With the ”magic loop” technique you can work the project using only an 80 cm (or longer) circular needle. **TENSION** 38 sts and 42 rows over textured pattern using 2.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm (measured after washing).
