Fancy Puff Trivets

** This pattern is also available for free on my blog with ads ** The Fancy Puff Trivet was written as a companion design to the Fancy Puff Coasters - featuring the puff stitch design and slip stitch border that made the Fancy Puff Coasters what they were, but with a new, fun shape. Using between 75-85 yards of yarn, these trivets don't take long to finish and are perfect for your holiday table! They come out at around 8" by 7.25" when laid flat. They also look fantastic with a little faux leather strap to hang or laid flat on your countertop! For each trivet, you will need the following: * US H/5.00 hook * 75-85 yds of cotton, worsted weight yarn * Scissors * Tapestry needle * 5 stitch markers (optional) Notes regarding Gauge * I did not focus too much on gauge for this pattern, but if you are looking at following my gauge, work 4 rounds and take a measurement - this fourth row should be around 4" across Happy Crocheting!
