With a vertical construction and ribbed finish which looks like knitted fabric, it is a beanie for everyday wear, which will complement any outfit while keeping you warm. It comes in 6 sizes, from Baby to Adult L and two separate versions: long and short. Also, the pattern includes a FULL VIDEO TUTORIAL! It is the little sister to the [Pescador Beanie][2], with the same construction and ribbed finish, however, it is made with fingering weight instead of worsted weight yarn and uses a slightly different stitch. #PescadorLight Find the FREE pattern for size Adult M in my [blog][3]. Sizes + Measurements This pattern comes in 6 different sizes. The instructions for each size are color coded and in the order shown here: Baby (Toddler, Child, Teen, Adult M, Adult L). For head circumference of 44.5 (47, 50.8, 54.5, 58.5, 61) cm/ 17.5 (18.5, 20, 21.5, 23, 24) in. *to be worn with 10 - 15 cm / 4 - 6 in of negative ease Materials YARN: Fingering weight yarn (size 1, 4 ply, sock yarn) **For a short beanie:** Approx 170 (200, 235, 280, 320, 370) m / 185 (220, 260, 305, 350, 405) yds. **For a long beanie:** Approx 225 (270, 320, 375, 420, 475) m / 250 (295, 350, 410, 460, 520) yds. Sample used Botanical Yarn, 4ply Merino Sock (750% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon; 425 m per 100g), in color Galentines. A wool or wool blend yarn is recommended for better memory and elasticity in the ribbing. HOOKS: 3 mm or size needed to meet gauge.
