Welted Gourd and Pumpkin Set

This rustic pumpkin set would make a unique centerpiece or a fun addition to your fall decor. The pattern was originally inspired by an English tea cozy, but it is constructed much differently. It makes use of welts to form the many ridges! Directions are included for three sizes. The Small is 4.5” wide x 2.75” tall, the Medium is 5.5” wide x 3.75” tall, and the Large is 6.5” wide x 4.75” tall. Measurements do not include the stems. Make just one or make them all! The instructions include detailed finishing directions with photos. Information is also included for customizing the color and size. You will also need approximately six yards of scrap worsted weight yarn in a contrasting color for the stems. Needles and Notions: US 8 (5mm) straight needles and DPNs of the same size. OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE. US 6 (4mm) straight needles, or two sizes smaller than size to obtain gauge. Yarn needle and stuffing.
