Granny Stitch Daisies Cardigan

HELLO and welcome to the ‘Granny Stitch Daisies’ cardigan pattern. It’s a “TopDown/Raglan Style’ Cardigan with Tapered ?Sleeves. This one has the same 51 chain stitches for every size for the neck/beginning row. Keeping it extra “beginner friendly”. (Same as my “Colour Me Happy” pattern) With ‘Double Crochet’ stitches for the yoke and ‘Double Crochet’ - ‘Granny Stitch’ pattern for the sleeves and body. I’ve used dk/8ply/light worsted/3 weight yarn, with sizes beginning from adult (early teen) size XS (extra small) - through to Adults size - 5XL (5 times X Large) written in US terms for ‘Beginners’ with easy to understand instructions. The cardigan is sized to fit loose, as your own normal sizing that you usually are. If you would like it to be a larger size/looser fit; go up a size, or use 10 ply/Aran/Worsted/4 weight yarn instead I used 50 gram balls of a cotton 50%/Acrylic 50% blend @ 95 metres for each ball XS 8 balls = 400 grams S 9 balls = 450grams M 9 balls = 450grams L 10 balls = 500grams XL 11 balls = 550grams 2XL 11 balls = 550grams 3XL 12 balls = 600grams 4XL 13 balls = 650grams 5XL 14 balls = 700 grams HOOK SIZES: Metric 4.00mm/USA 6/UK 8 - Metric 4.50mm/USA 7/UK 7
