Sizes: - Newborn - 0-3 months - 3-6 months - 6-9 months - 9-12 months - 1-2 years MATERIALS: You will receive 2 pdf files: first is for DK weight yarn and the second is for Worsted weight yarn. YARN: DK weight yarn approx. 35 (40, 45, 50, 55, 60) grams or 85 (100, 105, 115, 130, 140) yards I used Drops “Merino Extra Fine” (50g/105m/115 yards) yarn. CROCHET HOOK: 4mm (G/6) GAUGE: 17 dcx9 rows = 4”x4” (10cmx10cm) using 4mm (G/6) hook. OR YARN: Worsted weight yarn approx. 35 (41, 43, 45, 55, 60) grams or 80 (90, 95, 100, 120, 135) yards. I used Rowan “Pure Wool Superwash Worsted”, (100g/200m/219 yards) yarn. CROCHET HOOK: 4.5mm (US 7) GAUGE: 16 dc x 8 rows = 4”x4” (10cmx10cm) using 4.5mm (US 7) hook. NOTES: the pattern is written in US crochet terms. The bonnet is worked from back to front. First part of the bonnet is worked in rounds and body is worked in rows. SKILL LEVEL: Easy/Medium
