High 5 fidget friends

'High 5 fidget friends' is a great stash-buster for those oddments of yarn! The pattern can be used to make a key fob/zipper pull/bag decoration or fidget toy. Choose a yarn with a sparkle and/or thinner yarn & it could also be used to make a pendant or earrings. Attach to a pencil case zipper pull - to personalise and/or have something accessible for those who find it helps them concentrate if their hands are kept busy - without disturbing/distracting others! One set of instructions - the 3 different sizes are achieved by using the different yarns/hook sizes. Large: about 9g Lily Sugar'n cream with 4mm hook - 4.5" tall Medium: about 4g Scheepjes Catona/Catona Denim with 2.75mm hook - 3.5" tall Small: about 3g DMC Petra 3 with 1.75mm hook - 2.75" tall For other yarns: use a hook size slightly smaller than suggested on the label of your chosen yarn to ensure 'twirls' curl. Decorate with googly eyes or acrylic gemstones Add key ring/ribbon/cord depending on chosen use.
