August top is crochet in a round. It has a slightly loose silhouette. It can go in two length variants - a long one and a crop one. Level required - from Intermediate. Techniques involved - chain stitches, double crochet, decrease, slip stitch, working in the round. Suggested yarn Mandarin Petit (Sandnes Garn)* 50 g / 180 m cotton 100% 4 skeins for a long variant (about 48 cm (19”) long in full length) 2.5 skeins for a crop top (about 36 cm (14”) long in full length) *You can use any other summer yarn, cotton preferably, but make sure it has about the same length in meters Suggested hook size 3 mm (US D/3) 3.5 mm (US E/4) Sizes S (bust circ 84 cm / 33.1”) M (bust circ 88-92 cm / 35-36”) L (bust circ 96 cm / 38”) Size S is pictured on a model with 84 cm / 33 bust Gauge* (in double crochet stitch) 22 sts х 16 rows = 10 х 10 cm (4x4”) Gauge may vary according to your individual crochet style and the yarn used.
