Inspiring India - Overlay Elephants

This is a pattern of Indian themed elephants for a blanket made in Overlay Mosaic Crochet, working from right to left only, alternating colors, cutting off yarn after every row. This pattern does not teach you the Overlay Mosaic Technique, although basic instructions are given. Pattern includes row by row Written Pattern and a multiple page chart for printing (25pages). Pattern is 301 stitches by 400 rows. As an extra, I also added the separate patterns for Big Lotus, Small Lotus, Left facing elephant and Right facing elephant with their own charts and written patterns :). I don’t have yarn usage of measurement for those yet, as they are just a bonus ;) For the example of the whole blanket, Stylecraft Special DK is used. 13 white skeins and 14 petrol skeins. Final measurements are approximately 175cm x 250cm. Using different yarn and/or hook size won’t affect the design. It will however change the size and the amount of yarn needed. Het patroon bevat het volledig geschreven patroon, een verkort geschreven patroon, een totaal telpatroon en een telpatroon over meerdere pagina's. Als een extra zijn ook de losse patronen als telpatroon en geschreven patroon toegevoegd (Grote Lotus, Kleine Lotus en beide olifanten). Het voorbeeld is gemaakt met Stylecraft Special DK en gebruikt 14 bollen voor de achtergrond en 13 bollen voor de olifanten. De totale afmeting is 175cm x 250cm.
