Plaid Pocket Socks

When it comes to clothing, I like plaid, and I like pockets. These socks have both! First things first: this is NOT an afterthought pocket. The pocket is worked simultaneously with the leg using double knitting, no sewing involved. It’s the perfect width for a card or some spare change. Other than the pocket, the pattern is a straightforward cuff-down stranded colourwork sock with short floats only. Only two colours are used at any given time. It has an extra cushy heel flap and a gusset on the sole. Three sizes are provided: S (M, L), with 60 (70, 80) stitches per round. Foot length is adjustable. Instructions are written, and the colourwork pattern is charted. The pocket is both written and charted. You are free to sell anything you make using this pattern, but please do not sell the pattern itself or otherwise claim it as your own. Digital patterns are non-refundable.
