Barn Owl EXPANSION PACK

Please note this is NOT a complete pattern: this is an EXPANSION PACK for my [Owl Collection][1] pattern. It includes all the modifications required to crochet a Barn Owl with realistic face shape and markings, either facing forward or looking to the right or left. *Note: This pattern was updated in Aug 2024 to include the turned-head option - you can re-download the PDF from your PlanetJune account if you bought the older version that didn't include this option!* **Size:** approx 6" (15cm) tall **Yarn:** worsted weight yarn in a suitable colour (e.g. buff, tan, light brown, muted orange) and white. **Hook:** E US/3.5mm crochet hook **Additional info:** This pattern includes appendices for both right- and left-handers that clearly explain the special technique for crocheting the head so the face structure is built right in, and gives optional instructions that let you choose the direction you want your owl to look.
