This is an Easy level project. My mom taught me how to make these towel toppers many years ago. They come in very handy in the kitchen. You can hang them from the stove, a cabinet door, or even the fridge handle. They keep your towel neat and easy to reach at all times. They are also a perfect addition to a kitchen gift basket.
