Written for the magic loop method, the Wide Ribbed DK Weight Sock will knit up easily using other sock knitting techniques. Yarn: DK weight or fingering weight held double Needles: US 2.5/3mm or US 3/3.25mm or needle to get gauge Gauge: 6 -7 sts per inch The Wide Rib DK Weight Sock pattern is written from the top down. The design starts with a 1×1 ribbing and ends with a Star Toe. However, you can substitute the Star Toe for a Round Toe or a Barn Toe.
