Hattie Tee

The Hattie Tee is a cropped short sleeve top with colour block granny square panelling and matching granny square sleeves. The classic boat neck and boxy fit makes this top a great make for wearing throughout Summer, styled with almost anything! Hattie is made from two rectangles of granny squares, joined with CJAYG, and extended to create a plain upper body panel. It’s designed to be made with cotton, but any plant-based yarn will achieve a similar drape. It is an intermediate pattern, but I encourage confident beginners to have a go! Bust sizes given as XS (S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X): 78 (87, 102, 110, 119, 129, 140, 153, 161) cm requiring: 537 (481, 527, 711, 661, 897, 849, 936, 1170) metres of Yarn A AND 349 (419, 488, 488, 576, 576, 802, 890, 890) metres for the squares, regardless of how many colours you choose. This pattern is available in both UK & US terminology so you don’t have to translate stitches!
