Spiraling Crochet Preemie Hat

This pattern provides instructions in US-terms for a crochet preemie hat in two most common sizes. It is ideal for using even the smallest left-overs - avoid weaving in ends by crocheting over them as you go! The hat is worked in half-double crochet. For the spiraling effect, you insert the hook not into the standard loops at the top of the stitch, but into the back loop and the third loop that is formed at the back of each stitch. sizes head circumference 31(33.5)cm / 12.25(13.25) inch finished circumference 28(30)cm / 11(11.75) inch In the spirit of charity, this pattern will be available for free.
