Cotton Flower Cardigan

Cotton Flower Cardigan is worked bottom up in one piece and then divided for fronts and back. Sleeves are worked in rounds and are seamless. It is a bomber style cardigan and is perfect for any season. It can be made with cotton blend yarn for Spring/Summer, or with wool yarn for a colder season. English only! **Skill level** - easy **Sizes and measurements of finished garment:** Size 1-2y 3-4y 5-6y 7-8y 9-10y **Finished chest** 56cm/22 in 62cm/24 ½ in 69cm/27 in 76cm/30 in 84cm/33 in *length can be easily adjusted, by repeating pattern rows more times **the chest measurements for size 9-10 years could fit bigger children as well, and probably the only thing to adjust would be the length of the cardigan. **Materials**: • approx. 300 (400, 600, 800, 1000) m or 328 (438, 657, 876, 1095) yards of any worsted weight (not heavy worsted weight) yarn **Suggested yarn:** Cascade 220, 100% Wool, 100g (3.5oz), DK, 200m (219yds) • crochet hook 4.5mm or size needed to obtain gauge • 3 or more buttons (1.8cm) **Gauge** 16sts and 18rows in sc to measure 10x10cm or 4x4in using 4.5mm hook, or size required to obtain the gauge **Stitches and abbreviations:** st(s) – stitch(es) ch – chain stitch sc – single crochet dc – double crochet hdc – half double crochet sp - space sl st – slip stitch WS – wrong side RS – right side ALL MY PATTERNS ARE WRITTEN IN STANDARD AMERICAN TERMS!
