Babbling Brook Sweater

This pattern is featured in the book Knit a Little by Marie Greene. When my youngest son was a toddler, I knit him a tiny sweater just like this one. His bright blue eyes and blond hair sparkled against the dark grey sweater as he bounced around wearing it. He outgrew it much too quickly (which might explain why it held up so well over the years), but it’s such a timeless style that I may get to pass it along to a grandchild someday.
