Peppercorn Socks

This pattern is worked cuff-down with heel flap. Written for the magic loop method with circular needles. You can choose from 2 types of cuff designs (single cuff, ruffle cuff). These cute bobble (looks like peppercorn!) are worked "3 half double crochet bobble".
