Peter Pan Collar

A delicate, but oversized Peter Pan collar to wear over a blouse, dress or knitwear, for a romantic look. A choice of UK or US terminology, in two separate patterns. Any 4ply/fingering weight yarn will work, but a natural fibre is preferred, to give the collar the drape it needs. Blocking the finished piece is very important, to accentuate the shell pattern. Spray starch can also be used to give the collar more stiffness. 1m of black velvet ribbon, or a ribbon of your choice, 1cm wide.
