Baby Turtles

With this free pattern, you will be able to make as many baby turtles as you would like. This is the perfect project for beginner crocheters. You will receive two 6-page PDF (English & French) including step-by-step images to help you create your new friends. DIFFICULTY Beginner SKILLS REQUIRED Crocheting in spiral, magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing. MATERIALS • You can use the brand of worsted weight yarn of your choice. I personally used the brand Loops & Threads – Impeccable. • 3.50 mm crochet hook • Polyester fiberfill for stuffing • Two 6 mm safety eyes or buttons, beads, felt etc. • Yarn needle, scissors, stitch marker VELVET TURTLES! If you would like to make baby turtles with Velvet yarn, please follow these simple instructions: • Follow the pattern as usual • Use Bernat – Velvet or Baby Velvet yarn in the colour of your choice • Use a 4.5mm crochet hook • Use 8 mm safety eyes The amigurumi will also be a little bigger than the original one.
